This urban dwelling is located in the Old Quarter of the city. Architecturally it is joined to the Casa de Ceta and both buildings together now hold the Camôes Centre for Portuguese Culture in Vigo.

This building dates from the 16th century and is Renaissance Plateresque in style. There are three floors and an overhanging balcony on the top floor that rests on a decorated corbel. Other features worth noting are the canopial arches in the windows of the two upper floors.
