This church is built in a Neo-Classical style and was inspired by the Magdalene Church in Paris by Bartolomé Vignon. It was commissioned by Leopoldo Eijo-Garay (Bishop of Madrid-Alcalá).

It has a prostyle façade and a rectangular nave. The main façade contains a tetrastyle portico with all the details of Ionic style. The classical style is maintained at the main entrance and there is an Ionic pilaster at each corner of the front face.
