Plenary sessions are the formal meetings chaired by the mayor and attended by all the councilors of the Local Government Commitee. Held at least once a month, they are intended to discuss community questions of major importance and to set out all the key decisions of the cabinet.

The consultative and executive bodies are designated in a Plenary session among the corporate members of the different political groups which conform the Local Commitee. Their responsibility is to account for the works and matters of study and any possible amendments required .

In addition, the Plenary is authorized to ask for advice and collaboration with external organizations for Tax Accounting Consulting in order to control and supervise the Local Government performance.
